Just remembered a shortcut for finding old reruns on low-budget cable

Back around 2005 I wanted to watch this show called 'The Lost World' that nobody talked about anymore. I figured out that checking the 3am time slots on weird channels like PAX or TechTV would sometimes have them, and it worked for a few weeks before they pulled it. Anyone else find a show that way?

Oh man, I did the exact same thing with 'Samurai Jack' back around 2002 or 2003 after Cartoon Network stopped airing it in regular hours. I found it on Boomerang at like 2am on a Tuesday, but they only showed one season and then swapped it out for 'Dexter's Lab' reruns without warning. The weirdest part was when I tried telling a friend about it and he thought I was making it up because Boomerang was mostly for old Hanna-Barbera stuff back then. You really had to dig through those graveyard slots to find the good stuff before streaming took over.

Set a reminder on your phone for like 3am Sunday, that's usually when they'd rerun the whole season in order.
