Tried glue-down instead of floating click-lock on a 900 sq ft lvt job
Floating click-lock keeps shifting on me in open layouts, so I used Bostik Greenforce glue on this last house in Austin. Took more time upfront but zero callbacks for gaps after two weeks. Anyone else ditch floating for glue on bigger spaces?

Glue traps moisture too though. Just my two cents.

Yeah, "traps moisture" is right. I used a glue trap in my basement last winter and it was basically a soggy mess after a week. The cardboard backing just soaked up all the dampness from the concrete floor and the glue turned into this weird slimy goo. Totally useless for catching anything but a headache.
