Bought a broken clock at a thrift store, thought it was trash. Gave it a clean, and now it keeps perfect time.

Wild how something can seem totally broken when really it just needed someone to care for it properly. Makes you wonder what else we throw away that still works perfectly.

That hits hard. We do it with old tech, relationships, even our own dreams sometimes. Toss stuff out when it gets a little dusty instead of seeing the value still there. Makes you question every quick judgment you've ever made. How many good things have we missed because we didn't look close enough?

Totally hooked on that "what else we throw away" idea. It's not just old stuff, it's PEOPLE sometimes. We write folks off as broken when maybe they just need some patience and a little help. That clock is proof that first looks lie. Makes me want to look at everything twice.
