Showerthought: I used to just toss my grandma's recipe cards in a drawer and lose them every time I cooked

For years I'd pull out her handwritten card for banana bread, set it on the counter, and then somehow it'd vanish under papers or get splattered with batter. I'd waste 15 minutes hunting for it while my bananas turned brown. Last Christmas I bought a cheap magnetic clip and stuck it on my fridge. Now I hang the card right in front of my face while I measure flour. Has anyone else found a simple trick to keep recipe cards from getting lost mid-bake?
