Heard a guy at the hardware store tell his friend he never cleans his dryer vent
He said it's been fine for five years, but my buddy who's a firefighter in Toledo says that's the number one cause of dryer fires he sees. Anyone have a good way to remember to clean it out every six months?

Yeah, and that's how you end up with a story on the local news. My firefighter buddy says the lint builds up so slow you don't notice until it's a real problem. It's like what @evab52 said about the coffee maker, but way more dangerous. Do you just set a calendar reminder on your phone for it, or is there a better trick?
