Walked past a new juice bar in Phoenix and their menu made me think about skin

They had this whole list of 'skin glow' shots with stuff like beet and turmeric. I asked the guy making them what the deal was, and he just shrugged and said 'people buy them for clear skin, I guess'. It hit me that we tell clients to eat clean, but they're getting advice from a barista with zero training. I saw at least five people order those $8 shots while I was there. Makes me wonder if we should team up with local spots to offer real guidance. Has anyone done a collab with a cafe or smoothie place before?
