TIL my $40 investment in a proper headlamp for extractions was a game changer

I mean, I used to just rely on my overhead lamp and it was fine, but the direct, shadow-free light from this thing makes blackheads and milia so much easier to spot and treat cleanly. Anyone have a favorite brand that's comfortable for long sessions?
