That fancy LED therapy mask I was totally skeptical about actually works for me

I spent like 6 months rolling my eyes at every influencer pushing those light therapy masks. Thought it was all just good lighting and filters. Then my client Sarah came in after using one for 3 months and her post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation looked way better. So I borrowed her mask for a trial run on my own acne scars. After 4 weeks of using it 3 times a week I started noticing my skin tone looked more even. The marks from old breakouts faded faster than with any serum I've tried. I still think the $500 price tag is insane though. Has anyone else found a budget version that actually puts out the right wavelengths?

Borrowed my sister's Dr. Dennis Gross mask - total game changer.

Oh wow, I'm actually surprised nobody's brought this up yet - @maryh96, have you checked if your sister's mask is one of the newer formulas or the original one? I borrowed a friend's once and totally fell for it, but then I bought my own and it just didn't hit the same way. Turns out they changed the ingredients in some versions without really advertising it. Might be worth looking at the back of the package to see if there's a batch code or something. Would explain why some people swear by it and others don't get the hype at all. Just something to keep in mind before you go out and buy one for yourself.
