My new pre-work stretch keeps my wrists happy during facials

I was getting a lot of wrist pain from doing extractions. Started doing a five-minute wrist warm-up before each client, and it's made a big difference. What do you do to prevent strain from repetitive motions?

My stretching routine is basically just trying to reach the top shelf at the grocery store. It's a full body workout of panic and regret. The real stretch is my patience when I have to ask a tall stranger for help.

Honestly @the_sean, my routine is mostly just bending over to pick up a sock I dropped and then holding that position for a minute while I wonder about my life choices. Sometimes I'll aggressively reach for the TV remote. If I'm feeling fancy, I'll sit on the floor and then need help getting back up. It's less stretching and more just failing to move correctly. The coffee table is my main fitness obstacle.
