I finally figured out why my glycolic peels weren't giving me that glow

Switched from a 30% to a 50% concentration on my regular clients after about 3 months of weak results, and saw way better texture within just two sessions. Has anyone else noticed a big difference bumping up percentages like that?

Yeah bumping up the percentage makes a huge difference. 30% is pretty weak for most people once their skin gets used to it. I found 40% to be my sweet spot for most clients, but 50% works great if you watch the timing close. Just be real careful with the neutralizer though, one slip and you're dealing with hyperpigmentation for weeks.

@pkeith264 nailed it with the timing point. Actually been experimenting with lower percentages but longer application times instead of just jumping to 50%, and the results are way more consistent across different skin types without the same risk. Has anyone else tried adjusting duration instead of just cranking up the percentage?
