Had a client point out my extraction technique was too aggressive

She told me straight up, 'It feels like you're digging for treasure.' That was about two months ago. I watched a video from a trainer in Austin and realized I was using way too much pressure. Switched to a lighter touch and shorter strokes, maybe two seconds per pore. My rebooking rate went up by 15% since then. Anyone else get called out on something basic and have to totally relearn it?

Had a trainer tell me the same thing years ago. Lightening up your pressure is the biggest game changer.

Lightening up pressure might help some people, but calling it the biggest game changer seems like a stretch. Adam_nguyen7, it's just one tip among many. Most folks already know not to white-knuckle everything. It's good advice, sure, but it's not some huge secret that changes everything. Making it sound that serious is a bit much.
