Got a chemical peel from a new brand at the small expo last month...

I tried that BioRepeel stuff on a long-time client with oily skin and ended up with a crazy breakout that took 3 weeks to clear. Has anyone else seen this reaction or was it just a bad batch I grabbed?

Ngl I used a different peel on myself once and my face looked like a tomato for a week straight.

Ugh the 2% salicylic acid one from the drugstore. I tried it once and my skin peeled off in sheets like a snake for like 5 days straight. Definitely not trying that again. It was supposed to clear my pores but my face was just angry and red the whole time. Maybe I should have started with something gentler.

I read somewhere that BioRepeel has a really HIGH concentration of acids compared to other at-home peels, so maybe that's why. @bettywilson you're not alone with the tomato face thing, I had a client look like that too and it was NOT a good look.
