That customer who argued with me for 20 minutes about a $15 HDMI cable
Guy comes in last Tuesday with a TV that won't show picture, I test his old cable and it's clearly shot. He insists it's the port itself and wants me to tear the whole TV apart for free, kept saying "you're just trying to upsell me" even after I showed him the cable sparking on the tester. Anyone else get people who think you're lying just to make a quick buck?

$15 cable? Man I had a guy argue with me for 45 minutes over a $3 aux cord once. Told me he could get it cheaper on Amazon, so I handed him my phone and said "order it then." He just stood there staring at me. People think we print cables in the back room or something.

The "order it then" move is brutal, I love it. @diana_black22 you probably saved that guy like 4 bucks but he'll never forget the embarrassment. If you're gonna be arguing about aux cords for that long you gotta at least commit to the bit and actually leave the store.
