Just fixed my 500th busted power supply

I was cleaning the bench and counted all my repair tickets from this year. Hit 500 fixed units, mostly those cheap 12V bricks from old routers and monitors. It's a dumb number, but it means I've kept a lot of junk from the landfill. Anyone else track their numbers, or am I just weird?

Honestly that's awesome, I keep a little notebook for my audio gear repairs. Tbh hitting a round number like that feels so good, like you can actually see the pile of stuff you saved. I'm at like 300-something fixed amps and old cassette decks.

Yeah that notebook idea is smart, @mila_king22... hitting those round numbers really does make all the work feel real.

Ngl I see this with my regulars at the coffee shop too, they all have their own little tallies for books read or miles run. There's something about writing it down that makes a hobby feel less like messing around and more like you're actually building something.
