Customer brought in a vintage radio that was picking up a local pizza place's phone orders

It was a 1950s Zenith Trans-Oceanic, and the guy said he kept hearing someone ask for extra pepperoni. Turns out a bad filter cap was letting the signal from their cordless phone base, which was right next door, bleed straight through. I fixed it with a new 22uF capacitor, but now I want a slice from Luigi's. Ever had a repair lead you to a weirdly specific local business?

That's hilarious. My last repair just led me to a weird buzzing sound and the sad realization I'd forgotten to plug a board back in. Now I'm jealous your radio gave you dinner ideas. Is Luigi's actually any good, or does the radio just make it sound better?

Oh man, Luigi's is legit, their sausage is the real deal.

@jordanl82 bet you'd eat the radio too if Luigi's was involved.
