My old foreman swore by wire nuts but I switched to lever Wagos on a 12-panel job in Austin last week
Wire nuts took me twice as long and I almost dropped a hot neutral into the panel. Has anyone else noticed a huge time difference switching over?

Wait were you feeding that hot neutral through with power on or just talking about the risk of dropping it while wiring? I'm curious what made you almost drop it, was it the wire nut slipping off or just awkward panel layout making it hard to keep tension on the wires?

Wait until you feel that wire nut pop off while you're already leaning back on a ladder, @hernandez.morgan, then tell me your heart doesn't skip a beat. I was just feeding it through and the panel layout was so tight I couldn't get a good grip, next thing I know the neutral is dangling and I'm doing a full-on ninja catch. Ended up having to re-strip and re-twist the whole thing, which was a real treat with the main still live.
