Just hit 10,000 feet of 12/2 Romex pulled in a single Reno job

We're rewiring this old mansion in Charleston and I was keeping a rough tally. When I hit the 10k mark on my little notepad yesterday, I had to stop and laugh. That's enough wire to go from the main panel to the mailbox and back like twenty times. My apprentice Jake just shook his head and said, 'My arms are gonna fall off.' Anyone else ever get surprised by a number like that on a big project?

That "mailbox and back" math is WILD, really puts the scale of a mansion job into perspective.

Wait, what mailbox math are you talking about? I must have missed that part.
