Took me 20 minutes to find the canned pumpkin in November

I swear my local Safeway in Denver moved the canned pumpkin to a random end cap by the pet food this year. I walked the entire store twice before asking a stocker who pointed it out. Has anyone else had a store hide a seasonal item in a weird spot like that?

Safeway is in Lakewood not Denver.

You know what @michael_craig, you actually just changed my mind on this. Used to think that whole stretch on Colfax was Denver proper, but I looked it up after reading your post and yeah, that Safeway is definitely in Lakewood city limits. The border between the two is way more confusing than I realized, especially around that area where things just blend together. Appreciate you clearing that up, makes a lot more sense now why the streets are maintained a little differently over there.
