Swapped my hand trowel for a bazooka and never looked back

Used to do all my taping by hand for 8 years. Thought I was faster than any machine. Then I borrowed a friend's bazooka on a 3000 square foot house in Phoenix and got the whole thing done in 4 hours instead of 2 days. The learning curve was steep, I fought with the damn thing for the first 20 feet and had mud everywhere. But after that I bought my own and now I won't touch a hand trowel unless it's a tiny closet. Any of you guys made the switch and regret it or am I the only one?

Get a box knife with a curved blade for cleaning the nozzle, it saves so much frustration.

Is it weird how the right tool for one tiny annoying thing can totally change your whole experience with a project? I swear, half the battle with any kind of maintenance or building stuff is just having the right edge to get into those tight spots without wrecking everything else around it. It's like once you find that one specific tool, the whole job goes from frustrating to almost relaxing.
