Funny how often that happens, right? Like telling the barista they gave you the wrong drink by mistake, or pointing out a typo in an email before you send it. It’s always a little awkward to admit a goof, but people almost always react well to the honesty. It just cuts through the nonsense and saves everyone time. That little moment of truth ends up building way more trust than pretending something is perfect.
