My buddy pointed out my workbench was rocking on the concrete floor last Saturday

He said "just shim it with an old license plate" and I thought he was joking. Tried it with a plate I had lying around and now my bench doesn't wobble at all when I'm planing wood. Anyone else use random metal scraps for leveling?

Nah, beer can trick is overrated. Foil packet works better for me.
