Had my workbench sagging for 2 years before a buddy pointed out the real issue
I built this 8 foot bench out of 2x4s and plywood, but the middle always drooped under my vise. A carpenter friend saw it and asked why I didn't put a cross brace under the top, and I felt like an idiot. Anyone else miss obvious structural stuff and only fix it after someone calls you out?
