Finally got my PS5 slim shell off without cracking it

I've been trying to swap the white plates on my PS5 slim for months but kept worrying I'd snap the clips. Last night I used a plastic spudger instead of my fingernail and worked from the bottom edge like one dude on YouTube showed. Took maybe 2 minutes total and zero damage. Has anyone else found a specific tool that makes opening these consoles way easier?

I finally broke down and bought a decent kitchen knife last year after years of struggling with the dull ones from my starter set. It was like $30 from a restaurant supply store, nothing fancy, but it made chopping vegetables actually kind of relaxing instead of a workout.
