Time zone chaos was killing my schedule... until I mapped it all out

I was always missing important calls because I could never keep track of the different time zones. Some digital nomads swear by switching completely to local time wherever they are, while others think it's better to stick to one home base schedule for stability. I tried going full local, but then my clients back home were never online when I was. Sticking to my old time zone just left me exhausted from odd hours. So, I got a big world map and drew lines for each client's city with their business hours in different colors. Now I can see at a glance when everyone is awake and plan my day around that. It took some trial and error, but my stress levels dropped a lot. What's your take? Do you blend in or keep your own clock?
