Coworking space drama in Chiang Mai, solo desk or shared table?

I spent 3 months hopping between coworking spots in Chiang Mai, and one incident really split my view. At Punspace, a group of five loud video editors took a shared table for the whole week, and the rest of us had to squeeze into solo desks with bad lighting. But when I tried a solo-only place near Nimman, I felt totally isolated and missed the random chats that led to two freelance gigs. So, is the buzz worth the chaos, or should we all pay extra for private booths? Has anyone else hit this fork in the road at a specific spot, and which way did you lean?

Middle ground is where it's at. Solo desk in the morning, shared table after lunch. That way you get the focus when it counts and the chatter when your brain's already fried. The Punspace issue sounds like a management problem, not a layout problem. They should cap how many people can camp a big table. Paid the extra for a booth once and hated it, felt like I was in a library with a view.
