Coworking membership vs cafe hopping, the math surprised me in Buenos Aires
I spent 6 weeks bouncing between cafes in Palermo, buying $4 coffees every 3 hours just to keep a seat. Last month I finally paid $110 for a coworking pass and realized I was dropping around $300 a month on espresso alone. Plus the wifi in cafes would die right during my client calls, which cost me one whole project worth $450. Do other nomads budget for workspace before they land somewhere, or do you just wing it like I did?

just to keep a seat" is the part that gets me, because that $4 coffee isn't a drink, it's rent you're paying in tiny payments. You basically paid for a chair three times a day and threw in the wifi crapshoot for free. Do the math before you land next time, or the cafes win.
