Changed my mind about Chiang Mai after seeing the new co-working spaces

I got to Thailand last month thinking I'd just work from cafes, but the new co-working spots in the Nimman area changed my plan. One place, Punspace, had fiber internet at 1 Gbps for about $100 a month, which is way faster than my old setup. I saw a bunch of people there building apps and doing video calls without any lag, which never happened at the coffee shops. It made me see that paying for a real workspace here lets you get more done in less time. Has anyone else found a city where the work hubs totally shifted how you operate?

Isn't that $100 price for a full-time dedicated desk? I thought their basic hot desk membership was way less, like half that. Still a good deal for the speed, but the cost might not be as steep as it sounds.

Yeah, the hot desk option is way cheaper.

My budget for a desk is basically whatever I find in the alley behind my building (so, free).
