Can we talk about the moment you realized you were overpacking tech?

I was repacking my bag in a Bangkok hostel for the 5th time this week and my buddy just pointed at my second laptop and asked 'what's the backup for?' and I honestly couldn't give him a real answer.

That second laptop is the real question. What were you planning to do that a phone or one computer couldn't handle? Sometimes you just need someone to call out the crazy.

My buddy bought a second laptop just for streaming sports while he works. He said his work computer blocked the sites and his phone screen was too small. Ended up spending like $800 just to watch football on the side, totally nuts.
