TIL my phone's 'grayscale mode' made doomscrolling feel like watching paint dry
I flipped it on Tuesday after reading a post about it, and suddenly my feed lost all its pull, like the dopamine switch just got unplugged. Has anyone else tried this and found it weirdly effective, or did you cave and switch it back within a day?
