The $40 subscription I forgot about for 8 months

Signed up for a meal planning app back in January thinking I'd use it every week. Never opened it after the first two days. Just checked my bank statement and that's $320 gone on auto-renewal. I get it, it's on me for not canceling. But does anyone else have a graveyard of forgotten subscription payments like this? What do you use to actually track these things?
