That $80 password manager subscription actually saved me after a scare

I got sloppy for a minute and used the same login for a forum and my bank. Last week someone got into the forum account and tried to reset my email. The manager caught it and locked things down before anything bad happened. It costs about $80 a year, which felt dumb at first, but now I think of it as cheap insurance. Has anyone else had a close call that made the cost feel worth it?
