Overheard a guy in the coffee line say inbox zero is a myth

I heard this dude at Blue Bottle last week laughing about inbox zero, calling it a waste of energy. I hit zero three months ago and my stress dropped by half, so I think he just never tried deleting without reading.

My buddy cleared his inbox once and then had a panic attack thinking he missed something important.

Actually clearing it doesn't delete anything, so he probably didn't miss anything, that's just how folders work.
