Spent 6 hours fixing a color profile that turned out to be one tiny setting
I was editing this piece for a client in Austin and every export looked washed out on my phone, but perfect on my monitor. After redoing the color grade like 4 times, I finally noticed my software had switched to a display P3 profile while my canvas was still in sRGB. It was literally one dropdown menu in the preferences tab, and I wasted a whole Sunday afternoon on it. Has anyone else had a dumb profile mismatch wreck their whole showcase workflow? I swear I checked everything else first.
