My tablet stylus died mid-commission and I panicked in front of 200 people

I was doing a live digital painting demo at a local comic con in Portland last Saturday, and my stylus just stopped working right when I was adding the final highlights to a dragon eye. The screen froze, the crowd went quiet, and I swear someone whispered 'is she okay?' from the second row. I had to pull out my backup laptop and redraw the whole eye from scratch in 15 minutes while a guy in a knight costume offered me a cheeto as emotional support. Have any of you had a live demo go sideways in front of a big audience?
