I was using the same brush for everything until a friend pointed out my clouds looked like cotton balls.
She said 'your clouds have no depth' and after switching to a textured brush set in Clip Studio Paint, the whole sky in my piece changed... has anyone else had a tool tip that completely fixed a weak spot?

Right tool for the job. My old kitchen knives were terrible, made everything harder. Got one good chef's knife and suddenly prepping veggies wasn't a chore anymore. Same idea.

Totally get that, the right brush makes all the difference. @robert_smith36 is spot on with the knife comparison. I used a basic round brush for hair for ages and it always looked flat, switching to a hair-specific brush was a game changer.
