One clean fuel job that turned my whole morning around
Had a 2008 Freightliner with a dead lift pump and a tank full of sludge Tuesday. Pulled the sending unit, flushed 40 gallons of nasty fuel, and ended up finding a cracked pickup tube that would have cost this guy a tow later. Got it running before lunch and the driver said it fired up smoother than it had in months. Anyone else ever find something way worse than the original problem once you get in there?

That cracked pickup tube hiding in there is the kind of find that makes the whole job worth it. Saves the driver a breakdown and you a callback. Good catch.
