Just hit 0.001 inch tolerance on a Cummins ISX crank journal

Been chasing this spec for weeks on a rebuild, finally got it with my mic after 4 tries. Anyone else feel like these engines were designed just to test your patience?

Once you get the mic technique down it clicks, @lucas_perez is right about that part.

Nah, I gotta disagree. These tolerances aren't that bad once you get a feel for the engine and stop overthinking it.
