Finally tried using a power bleeder instead of the old pump-and-hold method on a 2020 Freightliner brake job

Honestly, I was always hesitant to spend the money but after 20 minutes of frustration I caved and grabbed one from the shop. The pedal felt solid first try and saved me at least 30 minutes of back and forth. Anyone else made the switch and never looked back?

Honestly, I get where you're coming from but I've had a power bleeder fail on me mid-job and it was a bigger headache than just getting a helper. Tbh pump and hold is dead simple and never lets you down if you know what you're doing.

$200 for a bleeder that collects dust 99% of the time? Pump and hold never failed me on any rig, just takes an extra pair of hands and some patience.

Three bucks for a short hose and you're good to go, @barbara84 did the job on my last dozen swaps.
