Vent: Bought a 'gently used' instant pot off Facebook, it arrived with a cracked inner pot and no seal
Was in Austin last Tuesday when the package showed up, the seller swore it was 'like new' but the silicone ring was moldy and the pot had a hairline crack that made the whole thing hiss steam like a teakettle, so I ended up spending $38 on replacement parts from the manufacturer's site, has anyone else had luck getting refunds from marketplace sellers or should I just eat the cost and learn to ask for more photos next time?

$38 for parts, or $38 for a lesson, either way your instant pot hisses like a guilty cat now.
