Tried the $1 cartwheel trick at Target, walked out paying $23 for $74 of stuff
I stacked two cartwheel offers on cleaning supplies last Tuesday and the total dropped way more than I thought it would. Guess the trick is doing it on a weekday morning when the shelf prices already got marked down. Has anyone figured out if the app coupons stack with the paper ones too, or is that just a rumor?
