DAE check the clearance endcap at Target on Monday mornings?

Found a $60 air fryer for $12 last week because the app price and the shelf tag didn't match, and the cashier just shrugged and gave it to me for the lower one, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has a specific day or spot where the markdowns actually hit.
