My $20 garage sale coffee grinder finally gave out this morning

Picked it up in Manchester two years ago and it ground beans like a champ until today when the motor started smoking. Anyone know a good place to find a cheap replacement around here that won't break the bank?

Heard those old hand crank burr grinders last forever if you find one at a flea market.

Terryallen's got a point about the hand crank ones, but those can be hit or miss at flea markets around here. Did you check the motor or just toss the whole thing? A buddy of mine had a similar issue with a Cuisinart last year, turned out it was just a loose wire inside. But if the smoke was thick and smelled like burning plastic, yeah, it's done. @terryallen, found any decent hand crank models around Manchester lately? I've seen a few at the Southside Antique Mall but they were overpriced for what they were. Might be worth holding out for a garage sale find if you're not in a rush.
