Market Basket run last Friday was a total circus

I hit the Concord Market Basket around 4pm and the whole place was cleaned out of chicken thighs and eggs, plus the self-checkout had a 15 person line. Somehow I still got 12 boxes of pasta for 89 cents each with their app coupon, so it wasn't a waste. Anyone else notice the weekend restock never happens before 6pm there?

The 4pm timing is actually the real problem here, not the restock schedule. Most Market Baskets get their big truck deliveries between 6 and 8pm, so walking in before then is basically asking for empty shelves. You got lucky with the pasta though, that app coupon deal is usually gone by noon on Fridays.
