Hit up the Concord Co-op day-old rack at 7am, scored 4 bags of bagels for $5
I usually go to Market Basket for bread but their day-old stuff is gone by noon. The Concord Co-op puts out their discount bakery stuff right at open. Last Tuesday I grabbed four bags of plain and everything bagels for five bucks total. One bag was still warm. Froze two bags and they toast up fine. Anyone else have a go-to time for the discount rack at their local store?

You said the bag was still warm. Did they wheel the rack out right at open or was it sitting there before you got in? I've noticed some stores restock it whenever they feel like it, so a regular time would be useful. Also, were the everything bagels actually coated or was it just a sprinkle situation?
