Finally switched to a password manager after my 3rd account got hacked

I had been using the same 3 passwords for years, and after my email got breached last month I finally caved and tried Bitwarden. It took me 2 hours to set up but now I sleep way better - anyone else feel dumb for waiting so long?

@piperr58 exactly, the gaming account thing hits home. I lost my old Steam account from like 2010 because I used the same password everywhere and someone got into my email. Took forever to get it back through support. Bitwarden is what I went with too and honestly that 2 hour setup was worth it just for the peace of mind. Now I laugh at my old habit of rotating between "Summer2020!" and "Password1" for everything important. The only thing I had to get used to was the autofill sometimes messing up on weird sites but thats not a big deal. Feels like I was living in the stone age before this.

Came here to say the exact same thing... I finally switched after losing access to my old gaming account and it took me like 4 hours to get everything moved over but now I don't panic every time I see a login screen. Definitely should have done this years ago instead of using "Password123!" for everything.
