What did you figure out about getting unstuck that you could not have learned in a class? I got pinned behind a big air handler on a roof in Phoenix one summer and what saved me was slowing way down. I stopped yanking at my harness and just traced the strap back to the anchor with my hands, one inch at a time. Took me ten minutes to find the spot where the buckle had flipped and jammed. A teacher can show you a diagram of that, but your arms have to learn it.
