My aunt's bread pricing advice saved me $200 last month
She told me to stop charging by time and start charging by what the market can handle... I was selling loaves for $4 and barely breaking even. Now I charge $8 and my customers actually respect the product more-last week a lady drove 30 miles from Dover just to buy three.

Man that's awesome, I had a very similar thing happen with my pottery and it totally changed how I priced stuff too.

Just adjusting numbers bit by bit is what clicked for me. Started with small raises on my popular items and watched how people reacted. Really helped to keep track of which pieces sold fast at certain price points. Found a sweet spot where people still feel like they're getting a deal but I'm actually making decent money. It's a slow process but way better than guessing.
