TIL the JFK assassination files still have over 3,000 documents withheld

I keep seeing people claim that all the government files on the Kennedy murder have been released, but that's just not true. The National Archives says about 3,100 records are still partially or fully sealed under the JFK Records Act. Why do people keep repeating this when the data is right there on the archive's own website?

Still partially or fully sealed" - okay and? We're like 60 years past this thing. There's probably just a bunch of admin stuff nobody cares about. Like medical privacy forms or other boring paperwork. People act like these files would change everything but honestly most of it's probably just names of people still alive or something. I doubt it's some huge conspiracy.

Wait, are people really expecting some kind of nuclear launch codes or something? I bet it's just a bunch of medical records and names of people who were involved but didn't want their privacy invaded 60 years ago. The whole hype around sealed files usually ends up being way more boring than anyone wants to admit, like old medical privacy forms or administrative memos nobody cares about.
