That critique about my podcast intro flipped my whole approach
A guy on the Conspiracy Debates forum told me my 3-minute intro was driving people away. Said nobody cares about my personal story before getting into flat earth evidence. I trimmed it to 30 seconds and my listenership jumped 60% in two weeks in the Denver area. Anyone else get feedback that forced a big change in how they present their debates?

Doesn't it make you wonder how many listeners you lost before someone finally spoke up? That kind of brutal honesty can be the best editing tool you'll ever get.

And that's exactly the thing @janab82, the ones who leave quietly never tell you why. You're left guessing if it was the pacing, the content, or just a boring episode that drove them away. A friend who speaks up is worth ten listeners who ghost you without a word.
