Overheard a guy at the gas station talking about the moon landing

I was pumping gas near downtown Cleveland last Tuesday and some guy was telling his friend the moon landing was filmed in a warehouse. He sounded dead serious, like he had proof. Made me wonder how many people actually believe stuff like that or if it's just guys trying to sound smart.

Do people really buy into that stuff or are they just messing with each other?

Remember that time @masonm85, my buddy tried that stuff at a party and spent twenty minutes arguing with a houseplant about politics. Some people definitely buy into it, others just enjoy watching the chaos unfold. Hard to tell who's serious and who's just having fun with it half the time.
